The workshop will be held at the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw, Poland. The institute is located at the center of Ochota Campus, encompassing a number of university departments and research institutes. To get some idea of what's going on in Warsaw you can start with the official Warsaw pages.

How to get here
From Chopin Airport (WAW): bus 175 or 188 to "Banacha - szpital" stop (Banach Street, hospital), 15-20 minutes.Another option is a taxi: see information at the airport webpage. Taxi should not cost more than 10 € (more at night).
From train station (Warszawa Centralna): trams 7, 9, 25 (direction Ochota) to "Wawelska" stop, ~10 minutes.
A single-fare city transportation ticket costs 2,8 zł (~0,7 €). Tickets have to be validated after boarding. More information.
Workshop dinner
On the evening of January 14th we will have dinner at the restaurant "Flik", ul. Puławska 43. The cost of the optional dinner is 100 PLN. To get there you can take tram 14 from Grojecka Street and get out at the stop 'Dworkowa' or if you prefer buses you can take bus 167 and get out at the stop PL.UNII LUBELSKIEJ from which you have a short walk (or one tram stop). Warsaw offers a range of hotels. We recommend four of them located close to each other and about 1.3 km from the Institute. There are direct trams 1, 7, 9, 25 to the Institute (<10 min) on Grójecka street.Hotel Sobieski ****
