Postdoctoral position in the Department of Neuroscience and the
Center for the Neural Basis of Cognition, University of Pittsburgh
A postdoctoral position is available to study neuronal circuits in the primate brain that mediate vision, cognition, and eye movements. Experience performing neurophysiological studies in behaving monkeys is preferred but not required. Projects include recording from and inactivating pathways that ascend to the prefrontal cortex from subcortical regions. Start date is flexible, but preferably spring/summer 2005.
